Maybe out of the blue, but also the reason why I do not post so much, Comcast is the worst internet provider ever. Why:
1. My service has been down the past two days. I have been calling them and getting the message that there is a service interruption in the area and the only thing I can do is to wait. 2. I call again today and an absent-minded customer service rep tells me that he will send me a technician, otherwise nobody will know that I have comcast problem??? 3. He tries to schedule someone to come between 12-4 Wed (I am calling him 3:55 on Wed). I tell him that is not possible. 4. He says he is scheduling someone for next day and gives me a confirmation number. 5. 10 minutes later I get a call from Comcast saying they can not come today (Wed 12-4) for service, they need to schedule it for next day. 6. Alan, the rep's name as I am told, has not entered the new time after our phone call. Also, the confirmation number he has given me is not relevant at all.
So, Comcast service is unreliable and their customer service is pretty bad. If you are looking for a provider, seriously, look for something else.
Meanwhile, I will wait for my technician tomorrow and search for other providers.
