Northwind Perennial Farm

While visiting John's parents a while ago at Lake Geneva, I went to a yoga class at the gardens of Northwind Perennial Farm. After the yoga lesson, we walked around this farm, which is a nursery and sells all sorts of garden related goods in their store and all around the nursery. It is beautiful; they made little corners with antique pieces that you bump into as you stroll on the trails. It reminds me a little bit Flora Grubb Gardens of San Francisco, but it is much bigger, more of an adventure. They even have their own silo. Here are some photos (the last one is the ceiling of the silo)...

    Saying of the moment

    • Labradors are lousy watchdogs. They usually bark when there is a stranger about, but it is an expression of the unmitigated joy at the chance to meet somebody new, not a warning.
