During our time in Turkey, John took Turkish classes at a language school in Beyoglu and explored all the little streets in that area. Tantuni Tontini was one of his favorites. Tantuni is a hot lavash wrap consisting of stir fried chopped lamb. It was served with delicious fresh radishes, arugula, super hot pickled peppers and cumin. Yummy!
